The 6061 aluminum is double butted. This is the process of thickening the ends of the tubing for extra strength where it’s needed without adding weight where it’s not required.
Half Moon Shape (HMS) bars is a multi-contact drop based on a round shape that’s open at the end, delivering an array of hand positions to maximize your riding comfort options.
The area where the stem clamps to the bar is greater than the rest of the bar for added strength where it’s needed.
The 140mm drop and 78mm reach is a proven combination for aerodynamic gains without sacrificing comfort.
